Atlas Cedarwood Essential Oil
Cedarwood essential oil can ease aches and pains and is especially good in cosmetic preparations for oily skin and dandruff. Helpful for respiratory complaints, Cedarwood can be used in a steam inhalation to help with coughs and congestion. It's also an excellent oil for repelling insects.
Emotionally, Cedarwood atlas is a very grounding essential oil, especially good for those times when you're feeling scattered or under a lot of stress. Diffuse it when you are having trouble concentrating, feel out of sorts or have become exhausted from accumulated stresses.

Recipe using Cedarwood Atlas Essential Oil
Steam Inhalation for Coughs
- 4 cups hot water
- 1 drop Cedarwood Atlas essential oil
- 1 drop Eucalyptus essential oil
- 1 drop Hyssop essential oil
Add essential oils to a bowl of hot water. Cover your head with a towel and breathe slowly in and out, keeping eyes CLOSED. Repeat for a few breaths. Repeat several times a day.
